Earl is a graduate of the Prestigious US Army Physical Fitness School. He also completed Master Fitness Courses and became a Certified Personal Trainer through this program.
In the Army he served as a Master Fitness/ Certified Personal Trainer in several military units and was also an Infantry Drill Sergeant. He also recently retired from the U.S. Army as a Command Sergeant’s Major.
Earl has extensive knowledge of Body Resistance Training System and in September 2015 was certified to instruct TRX. He is excited to train groups using Suspended Resisting Training.
