I am so proud of all the accomplishments you have made over the last year. At LUFC we witnessed amazing tranformations, lots of pounds lost and muscle gained, members setting personal bests in power lifting, and winning championships in all levels of competition.
But most important, we saw YOU striving to get fit to and to improve your health. It’s 2015, the New Year is here and it’s time to be committed to ourselves by living longer, healthier and happier.
Set your goals and make a plan – our group fitness classes, personal trainers and nutrition and fitness products are all effective and proven tools to help you reach your fitness targets!
Don’t do it alone – enroll a buddy or a family member or a friend! Bring them in into LUFC and help them find the good life! We’d love for them to be a part of our LUFC Community. Happy New Year from our team and best wishes to all!
