Here we are, already in our third month of 2013! Spring is right around the corner, and I’m happy to see LUFC members working every day to meet their fitness goals.
I am so proud of our members who have worked consistently and followed their workout plans. We’ve posted pictures in our atrium of many of these awesome transformations.
